About

Who I am

I’m a healthcare operator and entrepreneur focused on building systems that translate complex operations into clear, scalable execution—for organizations, clinicians, and the families they support. My work is grounded in a core belief: operational discipline is what enables everything else—technology, strategy, and growth—to function effectively.

What I Do Now

I serve as SVP of Operations at Tally / Accurio, a company developing the financial operating system for multi-site provider organizations. The platform applies AI to streamline the back end of healthcare finance, driving visibility, transparency, and action to address complex revenue cycle challenges and eliminate inefficiencies across multiple locations. I oversee client delivery and operational execution across seven workstreams, and I’m on the COO track as the company progresses toward a Series A.

I’m also the founder of Avanti Strategy Group, a boutique advisory firm that helps healthcare organizations integrate AI into their infrastructure—whether executing operational plans, scaling growth strategies, or preparing for a funding event. The practice also includes value-based care strategy and attribution. In addition, I hold advisory roles with Clear Harbor Advisors, VivaScore, and Charta Health.

Where I’ve Been

I began my career in 2015 as one of the first ten employees at VillageMD, helping build the company’s operational and strategic foundation from the ground up. Over nearly a decade, I advanced from manager-level roles to Vice President of National Strategies, supporting provider organizations and health systems in navigating attribution, value-based care models, and scalable operations. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University and an Executive Certificate in AI in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School (2025).

What Drives Me

I’m a HYROX competitor who trains daily at 3:45 AM, and I believe discipline isn’t an inherent trait—it’s a system that can be built and sustained. The same mindset that led to two state football championships at Bishop Chatard and a role as team captain at DePauw shapes how I operate professionally: consistent effort, clear priorities, and full ownership of outcomes.

I’m also a husband and father of three. I believe the future of healthcare depends on intelligent systems, responsible AI, and a stronger commitment to preventive models like Food is Medicine. I’m actively building a public voice around discipline, leadership, and healthcare innovation, with a long-term goal of motivating men to lead healthier, more intentional lives.
